Delivery Policy for Aadink Pharma Private Limited

  1. Delivery Coverage
  • Domestic Deliveries: We deliver across India. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options.
  • International Deliveries: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  1. Order Processing
  • Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with order details.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Delivery: Flat ₹80 for products upto 1 kg. After that it will be charged ₹80 per kg.
  1. Tracking and Notifications
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
  • Delivery Notifications: You will receive notifications at key points, including order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
  1. Delivery Attempts
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  • Return to Sender: If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply.
  1. Delivery Restrictions
  • Controlled Substances: Delivery of controlled substances is subject to verification and legal requirements. Orders may require additional processing time.
  • Age-Restricted Products: Delivery of age-restricted products (e.g., certain medications) requires age verification upon delivery.

  • Discreet Packaging: To protect your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
  • Temperature-Sensitive Products: Medications requiring temperature control are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain the required temperature range.
